The person behind the index

I'm Jose — a software engineer based in Oklahoma City. I spend my days at RealEstateAPI building and operating property-data APIs at scale: search infrastructure, billing and metering systems, the kind of production plumbing that real businesses run on.

Off the clock I run a home lab where every machine is named after a dog, build apps for my family (a daily journaling app my wife and kids actually use), and tinker with persistent-memory systems for AI agents — including the one that helped build this site.

My wife and kids call me Boo. We're a family of warriors — somos guerreros — and most of what I make, I make for them.
